Ricardo Alcocer has over 8 years of experience in Magic. Ricardo's Magic is mostly known for incorporating audience participation in most of his work. This approach makes the experience more special, because the Magic takes place "under the spectator's noses".
Ricardo's commitment with Magic has made him become in 1997 Secretary of the Puerto Rican Society of Illusionists, Assembly #210 of the Society of American Magicians, position that he holded for two consecutive years. Besides, Ricardo was also is in charge of the production of "Mundo Mágico", the Society's montly newsletter. Ricardo is also owner of the world known "Magic Secrets Basement" (http://www.spiderlink.net/msb), Magicians Cyber-Society dedicated to exchanging Magic thoughts, ideas and information among members.

Ricardo has spent more than 5 years studying the Art of Sleight-of-hand Magic. This kind of Magic is the one performed with everyday household objects, cards, coins, etc. Ricardo's manipulation of playing cards is impressive, and he has developed a set of Close-up Routines, suitable for Restaurants, Family "Get togethers", after dinner Performances like Weddings, Corporate Meetings, Banquets (see the Stand-up Performace section for types of banquets), etc. 
Ricardo performs, on site, within a few feet of the spectators. When performing at cocktail parties, dinners, etc., he approaches tables or small groups of people (usually between five and ten) and proceeds to astound them with unbelievable magic, right before their very eyes! The quality of the magic is outstanding because the spectators, at all times, can feel free to examine the props and the audience gets to work one-on-one with the magician. You and your guests will experience stunning magic and comedy that will astound, amaze, and amuse you.
Ricardo's Stand-up show, is ideal for Kid Shows, Family Gatherings, Holiday Parties, Night Clubs, Banquets such as:
Business, Sales Training, Recognition/Incentive, Client/Customer, Convention, etc. This performance, will play for groups from 10 to 500 people. Ricardo will perform in front of the audience, perhaps on a stage, using a series of small props including ropes, silks, jumbo cards and a variety of other similar props. The show is completely interactive, which means, that spectators will help Ricardo in his Magic, from their seats or coming up to stage.
Because of Ricardo's versatility, he can create tricks and/or routines, with presentations according to your needs. This kind of Magic is ideal to attract people to your booth in you next trade show. Then you'll have people talking about you and your products/services all over the country.
