the cap is folded and inserted in the bottle before hand. you then must take a long stick and flatten the cap back out while it's in the bottle, you must also use a bottle like michalob because it has the paper around the top of the neck, you then hide the cap in the neck while showing the bottle (preferably upside down) then just palm the unprepared cap as you "switch" it with the one in the bottle.
