To answer the question, if he respected magic AND the people that create the tricks we all use, he wouldn't be posting tricks copied from published books on his web site. Although most of them are re-written and may not be copyright violations, it's still stealing their work and giving it away- for whatever reason.

As far as hacking- any high school student might be able to hack, but us that graduated college 20 years ago aren't that smart.
